How long does delivery take?+

Delivery times depend on product availability, destination, and the delivery service selected at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day may be dispatched the same day where stock and payment checks allow.

Do you ship internationally?+

We may ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and local taxes payable by the customer.

Can I return an unwanted product?+

Unwanted products should be unopened, unused, in resaleable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order before sending anything back.

Can I return gel polish or polish?+

Gel polishes, polishes, and similar beauty products may not be refundable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us first for authorisation.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?+

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos where possible so we can arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange if appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?+

You can request cancellation before dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm may be processed quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Online payments may be processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider.

Do I need an account to place an order?+

Account requirements may depend on the checkout configuration. If guest checkout is available, you can place an order without creating an account.

Who should I contact about a missing order?+

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Non-receipt reports should be made within 60 days of the order date.
