Customs and taxes
International orders may be dispatched on a Delivery Duties Unpaid basis. This means your order may be liable for customs duties, import fees, and local taxes when it arrives in your country.
Where duties or taxes apply, you are responsible for paying these costs before your order can be released by customs and delivered.
Failure to pay duties and taxes
If duties, taxes, or customs charges are not paid and your order is returned to us, you may be responsible for return shipping, handling, or carrier charges. These costs may be deducted from any refund due.
Delivery
Orders can be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Some deliveries may require a signature, except for small items that can be posted through a letterbox. Please keep your order receipt in case you need to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout. You will be able to review the delivery charge before placing your order. The charge may depend on VAT, product weight, order size, destination, and selected delivery service.
Delivery times depend on product availability, delivery service availability, and courier schedules. Small items may be delivered by Royal Mail or another suitable carrier. Orders requiring next working day delivery should be placed before 2pm.
Where possible, orders placed before 2pm may be dispatched on the same working day. Stock shortages or warehouse delays may occasionally affect dispatch. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or partial dispatch of the remaining items.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for indirect costs, losses, or damages caused by a delivery estimate not being met. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered.
If you miss a delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us according to its own process. If the order is returned after missed deliveries, you may need to pay delivery costs again before we can resend it.
Force majeure
We are not liable for costs, losses, delays, damage, or defects caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, customs delays, strikes, technical outages, or other events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
If you need to return an unwanted product, contact us at vinamsupply@gmail.com or +44 7727 630150 within 10 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unopened, unused, in resaleable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a secure tracked or signed delivery service because we are not responsible for returned items until they reach us.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. We may arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange after reviewing the issue. Please include your order number, photos where relevant, and proof of purchase.
Gel polishes, polishes, and similar beauty products may not be refundable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us for authorisation before sending these items back.

Cancellation of orders
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If payment has already been taken, we will arrange a refund where cancellation is confirmed before shipping.
Orders placed before 2pm may be processed and sent for delivery on the same working day, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.
For non-receipt of goods, please notify us within 60 days of the order date. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
